  Here at Darkside we found the use of video as a training aid an invaluable tool. Not just for checking depth but also continually trying to improve form. We use a flip camera, unfortunately no longer available, as we found it both idiot proof & durable. Flip allows us to upload to youtube where we have left video in the public domain. DSB makes no claims about training, technique, or even some of the content in these clips. But we hope you enjoy them as much as we do.
