Welcome to my new page, I shall be updating it with news, reviews & rants of my own opinion. But first a little about myself. My lifting background comes from Oly lifting & my coaching started with six years coaching pole vault for UKA, training team GB then No.1 Ellie Spain. Although I still coach Oly lifting I branched out into powerlifting after my 1st World championship win in '08. I currently also hold the WR bench in my weight class.
